Okay, right next to bus station so was easy to get by
The room was small but reasonable to move around, sink was inside the bedroom. Staff were pleasant
there were dirt and used tissues under my bed, the staff cleaned it upon complaint. ideally this should be properly checked after someone vacates the room.

My stay at Ibis Hotel MacPherson
Staff attitude generally is ok except for one slim non Chinese man. He hasn't finished serving me, probably not happy with me asking questions so he turned off to do other things. Embarrassed me. During breakfast, found 3 strands of hair on three different dishes. Informed the staff, he simply brushed off that the hair cannot be from the staff. Bad response!!!!! Breakfast was boring with same food everyday (hotel probably changed only 1 or 2 different dishes each day). During housekeeping, housekeeping staff left bin plastic bags on sink area. Asked the staff, she said u can put plastic bag in the bin yourself!! Could see blue pen ink on Quilt cover sheets. Staff need to change the bedsheets, and the rest because housekeeping was 2 days once. Housekeeping staff rather rough as when they vacuumed next door， the vacuum cleaner banged and banged on the wall and woke me up! The sink drainage didn't work well. Water flowed up to the floor and it was dangerous as I almost slipped a few times. On another day，the Aircon broke down from morning till 4pm!!

Location-far from MRT, tried to Grab a few times had to wait because none were available. At a mall which is very quiet and unpopular. The smell when stepping out of the hotel entrance smelt awful like trash.
